Jason costume with stunt machete from Freddy vs. Jason

(New Line, 2003) From Freddy vs. Jason, also the most successful of the Friday, the 13th series, this hero “Jason Vorhees” costume was made for Ken Kirzinger in his signature horror role. The costume consists of his screen-used jacket, sweater, shirt, pants and boots, as well as his machete. The costume shows intentional signs of distress from his encounter with Elm Street’s own serial killer, “Freddy Krueger”. It is mounted on a custom made life-size posable Jason figure, standing in a menacing attack pose on a custom base that incorporates a light box, allowing for the figure to be eerily lit from below for dramatic effect. With the light box, the figure stands over 7 ft. tall. The display is designed and constructed to work perfectly as a standalone figure or, in a horrific battle diorama, with the other lot from the film, the “Freddy” display. Estimate $10,000 – $12,000
