Fury German Infantry Helmet

A German helmet used in the production of the American WW2 tanker movie Fury. Sent on a deadly mission behind enemy lines at the war’s end, Sergeant Dan “Wardaddy” Collier (Brad Pitt) fights to keep his crew together as they are outgunned and outnumbered in Nazi Germany.

This helmet and others like it were used by the German infantry throughout the film as the crew of Fury drove deep behind enemy lines. The steel M42 helmet has a leather suspension liner and a leather chin strap and has been painted in brown and green camouflage with plenty of dried mud applied to give it a worn look from its time on the battlefields of Germany. A bullet hole has been added to the helmet to give it the appearance of a gunshot wound to the unfortunate wearer! A label inside is marked “579.”

Well used on the production and distressed for use, the helmet remains in overall very good production-used condition.

Item size – 11.81″ x 9.84″ x 5.91″ (30.0cm x 25.0cm x 15.0cm)
