This is Chloe Armstrong's (Elyse Levesque) screen used alien suit, Gauntlets & re-breather equipment from Season 1, episode 11. The suit was custom made by the SGU wardrobe department and appears to be constructed out of a wetsuit like material. The collar on suit and re-breather are made of rubber.

Col. Young returns to the Destiny, when he tries to use the communication stones to report back to Earth, he is transferred in to a being on an alien ship. He returns safely but they soon come under attack where the aliens take Chloe prisoner.
