(MGM-TV, 1997-2007) This is a large sabotaged DHD that allowed the SG crew to reopen the Stargate and choose new destinations. It is very similar to the DHD destroyed in Season 5: Episode 14 “48 Hours.” Constructed of fiberglass, has a black and copper-like color. The face has been crafted so that it looks as though it was blasted apart: there are melted sides, burn marks, and exposed electronics. The large piece measures about 48 in. x 54 in.
