(ABC-TV, 1978-79) Hero Lucifer lighted head, torso and costume, consisting of a hard plastic purple head with clear cranium, interspersed with numerous tubes which are designed to light from within. The lips, eyes and eyebrows of this I-L Series Cylon are all wired with LEDs, and would illuminate when Lucifer spoke on the show. The silver and black lamé robe and cape have several small eyelets in the front center chest area, so that the actor inside the costume could see. This is one of only three Lucifer heads made for the show, and this is the hero close-up costume head used throughout the series! One of the best props/costumes from this classic science-fiction series still in existence, it remains in excellent condition and has been meticulously cared for since the end of production.
