920. Screen-used hero aerial Hunter/Killer from The Terminator. (Orion, 1984) The Hunter Killer or "HK" series of anti-personnel combat units were the simplest and most numerous of the various combat oriented Machines designed by SKYNET to wipe out the human race. This Aerial Hunter/Killer was built by Gene Warren, Jr. and his crew at Fantasy II Film Effects for the "Future War" sequences in the first groundbreaking Terminator film directed by James Cameron. This 1/6th-scale Aerial HK is created of steel, aluminum, fiberglass wood and resin and measures 43 in. long x 27 in. wide. This filming miniature was suspended by wires and shot strictly from low angles showing the bottom of the machine replete with mounted plasma gun. This is the only Aerial HK built for the first groundbreaking Terminator film. Comes with a letter of authenticity from Academy Award-winning visual effects wizard, Gene Warren, Jr. $30,000 - $50,000
