Designed by John Mollo. This yellow-gold glazed cotton jacket has an open front and is trimmed with taupe cotton tape at front. Both sleeves have a pleated detail insert over shoulders and sewn on the sleeves. The interior is lined with a darker gold material. “Luke” wears this jacket near the end of the film when he is awarded a medal by “Princess Leia.” The film won seven Academy Awards in 1977 including Best Costume Design. Comes with a printed photograph of Hamill in the Jacket.
