Miniature prop wicked Witch of the West head from "The Wizard of Oz". Prop head of the Wicked Witch of the West, painted composite, with linen hat, and black hair, attached to a short pole, 15 inches high, tiny chip to nose, minute cracks at chin, hat faded and somewhat worn. An eerily accurate replica of Margaret Hamilton's visage as the Wicked Witch of the West, produced by either the MGM property shop, (most famous for having devised the rubber models of flying monkeys, or the Staff Shop led by Henry Greutert, the chief plaster sculptor on the lot.
