(Paramount, 1956) Pair of brown leather sandals with long leather laces, made to be laced up around the shin. These sandals were most likely worn by Charlton Heston in character as “Moses”, and he can be seen wearing them in many scenes, including the Throne Room scene when the Lord transforms his staff into a serpent. Though other Hebrews wore similar sandals, these were the only pair deemed important enough to be saved by the studio after the production ended. The soles exhibit heavy production use, and the leather is quite weathered/worn. A great pair of biblical sandals from the film.

Estimate $800 – $1,000
