Internal Paramount label is inscribed in black ink “Double Moses #2”. With some minor fraying of the yarn at the collar, the kaftan remains in very good condition overall.As part of his traditional Hebrew clothing, Heston wears this distinctive kaftan during the Burning Bush scene, when God reveals that he, Moses, is to lead the Hebrews out of Egypt. He then returns to Sephora (Yvonne De Carlo) and Joseph (John Derek) his face glowing after being in the presence of God!
