809. Full-size sailing ship filming miniature attributed to Sinbad the Sailor. (RKO, 1945) Large-scale ancient style ship filming "miniature" measuring an impressive 11 ft. long x 46 in. tall x 46 in. wide. This meticulously detailed ship, features portholes and swiveling cannon doors, a series of rowing stations, scrolled wood trim, cabin windows, multiple masts, sails and rigging attachments which are laid down on the deck of the ship. It also has a sculptural headpiece mounted to the prow. It exhibits wear and some broken pieces; otherwise, good condition. Special shipping arrangements are required for this heavy piece.
