(TCF, 2003) The car chase through the city of Venice was achieved with a combination of live action photography and expansive miniature effects. The city was created as a 1:5 scale miniature that had a height of 20 feet and was 80 ft. long. This expansive scale city featured beautifully weathered buildings, bridges and practical canals. This screen-used gondola miniature is one of four original screen-used miniatures that were floating in the canal. Made from vacuum formed styrene and detailed with cast resin components. Includes screen-used bollards used as gondola mooring poles. Gondola measures 81 in. long x 10 in. tall, bollards measure 38 in. tall x 16 in. wide.
