(Universal, 2000) This impressive special effects infantry sword has a wooden hilt and pommel witha metal blade, and a metal tube at the top where the studio blood can be poured into the hollow blade. The blood is discharged through a small slit along the edge of the sword as required, giving the effect of blood spurting out when the soldier cuts his foe in battle. An exceptional and quite rare special effects prop from this Academy Award-winning film. Measures 31 1/2 in. long.
