(Warner Bros., 2005) These five tenement buildings are seen in the opening moments of the film when the Van Dort carriage leaves for the Everglot Mansion. The buildings are constructed of timber frames, plywood and particleboard walls covered with textured polyfoam, and additional hand-applied detailing. Sets include "Tenament #1" which measures 37 in. long x 85 in. tall x 43 in. wide; "Tenament #2" measuring 38 ½ in. long x 86 in. tall x 46 in. wide; "Tenament #3" measuring 45 in. long x 86 in. tall x 34 in. wide; "Old Tailor/New Baker" measuring 41 in. long x 85 in. tall x 33 in. wide; and "Old Butcher/New Wigmaker" measuring 59 in. long x 93 in. tall x 39 in. wide.
