(RKO/Disney, 1998) This huge full sized "Joe" hand is the hero hand from the film and is still attached to all the animatronic cables and mechanisms used in filming. The hand had to be extremely accurate… strong but gentle and had to do everything from picking up trees to stroking actress Charlize Theron's face.
