(Universal, 1993) This original production animation cel from the film features a full-length image of “Mr. DNA”, the friendly chromosome that enabled Hammond to re-create the Jurassic Era dinosaurs for his island theme park. This short animation sequence was used to introduce park visitors to the happy benefits of using modern technology to bring the Earth’s long-extinct creatures back to life – happy, that is, until they run amok!
