921. The Holy Grail from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. (Paramount, 1989) The Holy Grail, made of fired terracotta and painted to resemble ancient earthenware, heavily weathered, with very bright gold leaf paint on the inside surface. In the final sequence of the film, Indy uses it to save his father, Henry Jones, Sr. (played by Sean Connery) via its "Divine healing properties". An icon of the film and the key plot device, this wonderful artifact is an important and instantly recognizable piece of Hollywood history. Measures 5 ¾ in. tall x 4 ¾ in. diameter.
