A stone tablet used in the sequence where Indiana Jones enters Donovan's apartment and examines the tablet on a pedestal. Originally Jones was to pick it up and examine it closely, though later the script was changed to just rubbing it with his finger. Each tablet was constructed differently and several of these tablets were produced for filming. Each was cast in plaster and then taken out of the mold and hand weathered and painted. Due to the weight, several were actually broken on set. Comes with a letter of provenance. 10 1/2 in. x 19 in. x 2 in.
