925. Illuminating Alien Plant from E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial. (Universal, 1982) Original illuminating alien plant seen inside "E.T.'s" spaceship at the opening sequence of the film. The "head" of the plant is constructed of resin, polyester resin and hemp, with electrical wiring (disguised as "vines") that wraps down along a metal "stalk" into a customized base (built for display only). The original halogen bulb has been replaced by a more energy efficient light bulb. Comes with an AC adapter that jacks into the back of the base. Stands 55" tall at full extension.
